A) Terms of Use of the Platform:
7SD Travel provides a platform for Operators to offer travel services such as multi-day tours, cruises, adventure trips, luxury travels, and other travel activities (collectively "Travel Adventures"). The Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years, access to or use of the Platform is expressly prohibited. If acting on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you guarantee the legal authority to accept these terms and conditions.
Prohibited Conduct:
The Platform is for private, non-commercial use only. Selling, re-selling, or commercially using content, information, software, products, or services on the Platform is strictly prohibited. Additionally, users must not use automated means to access the Platform, circumvent security measures, or compromise the Platform's proper functioning.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. For users in the European Economic Area ("EEA") or the United Kingdom, Australian users, Canadian users, and users in all other jurisdictions, the use of the Platform is subject to specific terms outlined in the Terms of Use for their respective regions.

B) Terms for Travel Adventures - Our Approach at 7SD Travel
At 7 Seas Diamond Travel (7SD Travel), we want you to embark on unforgettable Travel Adventures with confidence. Our travel services are thoughtfully curated packages, falling under the definition of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
This means you enjoy all the rights accorded by the EU for packaged travel. The Operator holds complete responsibility for ensuring the seamless execution of the entire package. To comply with the law, the Operator must have safeguards in place to refund your payments and, if the package includes transportation, guarantee your repatriation in case of insolvency.

Our Travel Adventures are crafted, presented, and conducted by Operators independently, showcasing their creativity and responsibility. 7SD Travel acts solely as a commercial agent for these Operators. We're not Operators, providers of Travel Adventures, representatives, proxies, or insurers. We don't own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, manage, or control any transportation, tour, or travel services, and we don't act as agents to Travelers.
We don't dictate the behavior of Operators, Travelers, or other users of our platform.
As a Traveler, it's your responsibility to possess valid travel identification and any necessary visas at the time of travel. Compliance with health requirements and recommended or obligatory vaccinations is also on your checklist. At 7SD Travel, we prioritize your safety and the smooth execution of your travel dreams.
Conclusion of a Contract, Documents & Information - Your Commitments with 7SD Travel
Booking a Travel Adventure with 7SD Travel involves certain responsibilities and commitments. Here's a comprehensive overview:
Booking Process:
Travel Adventures are directly booked with the respective Operator, governed by the current terms and conditions of the Operator.
By clicking "Book now," you're presenting a binding offer for the chosen Travel Adventure to the Operator. The contract is established when the Operator accepts your offer (the "Booking"). This contract is directly between you and the Operator. The contract text and your booking details are securely stored by 7SD Travel to manage the contractual relationship.
Operators typically confirm or reject a booking request within 24 to 72 hours. During this period, your offer remains binding. Upon completion of the booking transaction, including successful payment, you'll receive a booking confirmation via email summarizing the contract details.
Booking on Request:
In certain situations, you may be notified that a booking is "on request," usually for Travel Adventures booked close to the trip's start. During this period, which may take up to 5 business days, the Operator ensures all components can be confirmed. You are bound to your offer until the Operator accepts or rejects it. If accepted, you'll be billed; if not, you'll receive a full refund.
Special Requests:
Any special requests you make are non-binding until confirmed by the Operator. 7SD Travel forwards these requests to the Operator, and a binding commitment is only established upon the Operator's confirmation.
Your Responsibilities:
When using 7SD Travel's services, you commit to providing all required personal information promptly, completely, and truthfully. This includes upfront information about any circumstances or restrictions affecting service performance by 7SD Travel and the Operator.
If you make bookings for yourself or others, you're considered the client and accept the obligations under these terms and conditions. You're responsible for all bookings and travel reservations made by those under your control. Ensure all provided information is true, complete, and accurate. Any manipulative, speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings are strictly prohibited.
You must check all contractual documents for accuracy and completeness. If you have special needs, inform 7SD Travel at least 48 hours before the journey. Report any perceived breach of contract promptly for quick resolution.
Payments:
Some Operators allow payments to be made during the booking process through secure online payment. TourRadar facilitates payment for certain products and services through third-party processors, acting on behalf of the Operator. Any facilitated payment is considered final settlement of the due price.
Trip Cancellations and Refunds:
If the Operator doesn't confirm a requested booking or cancels an existing one, authorizations on your card will be released, or amounts collected through another method will be refunded within 14 days.
Once the Operator confirms a booking, their cancellation and payment conditions apply. Refer to the Booking Detail Page, Booking Management Page, and your confirmation for Operator terms. Cancellations must be made through TourRadar Services.
Complaints and Claims:
Operators handle complaints and claims through TourRadar Services.
Insurance for Package Travel:
For unforeseen events, 7SD Travel recommends Travelers consider travel cancellation insurance to minimize financial risk before departure and travel interruption insurance for risks post-departure. Adequate health insurance is also advised.

C) 7SD Travel Rewards Programs
Referral Program:
Engaging in 7SD Travel's referral program comes with certain restrictions and guidelines:
Members of 7SD Travel's affiliate program cannot simultaneously accumulate travel credits through their referral link.
To earn and redeem travel credits, you must maintain a 7SD Travel account in good standing.
Violations of terms may lead to credit forfeiture, and 7SD Travel reserves the right to address fraud or misuse without detailed explanation.
The referral program may be modified or discontinued at any time, with no liability to users.
Travel credits are non-redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to existing confirmed bookings.
Loyalty Program:
7SD Travel's Loyalty Program allows travelers to earn Travel Credits after each booking with a Gross Booking Value (GBV) of at least ($1000/£1000/€1000/₹87000). GBV excludes airfare, insurance, accommodations, extra transfers, and more.
Based on GBV, travelers receive the following Travel Credits:
Up to $5,000 GBV: $50 in Travel Credits.
$5,001 - $10,000 GBV: $150 in Travel Credits.
Over $10,000 GBV: $250 in Travel Credits.
Travel Credits are deposited after the respective Travel Adventure and can be used as discounts for future bookings.
Travel Credit Spending
Travelers can use Travel Credits to pay for up to 5% of the GBV of any Travel Adventure. Excess credits remain in the traveler's account for future use.
Discretional Programs:
7SD Travel may, at its discretion, provide Travel Credits, redeemable as outlined in the Referral and Loyalty programs.
Promo codes, offered at 7SD Travel's discretion, have a 30-day validity. They can be redeemed per booking and can't be combined with Travel Credits.
D) General Provisions
Liability:
7SD Travel is not liable for slight negligence but remains liable for fraudulent intent, bodily injury, guarantees, and product liability claims. Acts of force majeure are also exempt.
As an intermediary, 7SD Travel is not liable for:
Operator's performance under the Travel Adventure contract.
Services outside the booked Travel Adventure scope.
Additional services booked by the Traveler after departure.
7SD Travel is not liable for booking errors caused by the Traveler or unavoidable circumstances.
Electronic Correspondence:
Official correspondence from 7SD Travel is sent to the last-entered email address in your account details. Timely updates to contact information are mandatory.
Contact and Complaints:
Travelers can send messages, requests, and complaints about Travel Adventure performance to 7SD Travel. 7SD Travel forwards these to the Operator promptly.
For complaint resolution, start with 7SD Travel's Customer Support. If unresolved, use the European Commission's ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
Privacy:
7SD Travel adheres to its data protection regulations. Details on data collection and use can be found in 7SD Travel's privacy policy.
Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
These terms are subject to the laws of Oman, and any disputes shall be exclusively brought before the competent courts in Muscat, Oman. Consumer rights are preserved, enabling legal proceedings to be initiated in the traveler's place of residence or business.
