In accordance with § 7 (1) TMG, 7SD Travel shall be responsible for any contents which it publishes in accordance with general legal provisions. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, 7SD Travel as a service provider is not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or circumstances that indicate an illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. A liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the date of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon appropriate notification of violations, 7SD Travel will remove any infringing content immediately.
